In addition to being an attorney, Christopher J. Goodson, Esq.  is a highly successful real estate investor who purchased his first apartment building at age 27, followed by his 2nd and 3rd apartment buildings by age 28. Christopher later expanded his real estate portfolio to a total of 27 rental units prior to turning 30 years of age.  At any one time, Mr. Goodson is currently participating in seven or more rehab projects.

Mr. Goodson now owns Goodson Law Offices, LLC , his personal five attorney law office located in his home town of Montclair, New Jersey. Prior to building his own practice, Mr. Goodson worked for the Park Avenue law firm of Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen, P.C and the national firm of Day Pitney, LLP.

In 2004, Christopher founded the New Jersey Real Estate Investment Club. Here he teaches, mentors and shares his love of both real estate and networking.   The organization continues strong to this day with monthly meetings and a dedicated and growing membership, currently totaling over 300 members.

Although Mr. Goodson was educated at both Cornell University and Boston College Law School, he credits his extensive knowledge of real estate investing to his experiences with his law clients and the membership of the New Jersey Real Estate Investment Club.  With an unending desire to both teach and learn, Christopher is always on the cutting edge of today’s ever changing real estate investing market.
