Darius Askaripour

Darius, being one of the co-founders of Creative Equity Group, serves as Director of Investments. Darius’ responsibilities involve strategic partnerships,  developing investor relationships and project flow as well as setting the long-term strategy and goals for the company.

After attending one of the most prestigious law schools in New York State he decided to table his pursuit of law for something more appealing; the wonderful world of finance and real estate investing and now has branched out into the world of blockchain tech and cryptocurrency. Darius owned and operated a successful finance firm that generated over $300,000,000 worth of loans in a short span of two years.

Mr. Askaripour has over 15 years of experience investing in real estate in various locations around the nation. Seven years ago, he invented clever marketing methods to source deals before the competition of which are still utilized in the company to this day. His “touch movement” process has revolutionized traditional and archaic workflows.

The epitome of an opportunist, Darius is always searching for the next wave. He does this by carefully analyzing trends that often go unnoticed to the masses. A true pioneer in the field of information gathering and more importantly, the interpretation of the outlining factors. Now those skills are being honed in the world of cryptocurrency in addition to real estate.
