Joe Lawrence is a Real Estate Investor and Educator from Central New Jersey. With over 58 successfully closed transactions in the last 5 years, his specialty is finding “off-the-market” investment opportunities that offer a streamlined, copious return to investors.

As the Founder of JTI Real Estate, Joe and his team have experience in foreclosures, short sales, fix/flips and rental properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut with over $20 million in sales.

In addition to running a profitable real estate business, Joe is also known for his Business Credit Company. He teaches and facilitates financing small business owners, including brand-new and established companies) to help them grow and expand their capital with hundreds of folks in training to this day.
